If Age Was Really
The Enemy, This Couldn't
Have Made Me Feel
10 Years Younger.

```
As I started working with more and more people, I started to see that a lot of the people I was able to help the most had three or more of these things going on that they didn't think were related:
  • Getting frustrated or overwhelmed in crowds in a way they didn't used to.
  • New balance challenges they had been quietly blaming on age.
  • Eye strain, neck tension, or headaches after reading.
  • Getting angry quicker than they used to.
  • Sleep that wouldn't land no matter what they tried.
  • A fog that made focus cost more energy than it should.
  • High-powered rifles or loud environments draining them faster than the round count explained.
  • Gains from supplements, protocols, and treatments that kept fizzling out.
How many of those are you looking at right now?
If it is three or more, keep reading. Because what I am about to tell you is the explanation most people in your situation never get.
```

You Want Your Brain Running The Way It Used To.

Sharp. Quiet. Yours.

Not managed. Not compensated around. Actually running.

```
I know that list because I lived it. When I was at my worst, I was struggling with every single one of them.
And I wasn't looking for a recovery. I was trying to optimize.
I was running a company and competing at the state and national level. I wanted to grind harder and perform longer. So I tried everything. Every pill, potion, lotion, drill, and device I could find to mash the gas pedal.
Some of them worked for a while. But they all kept fizzling out.
The gains never held. The exhaustion always came back. The tension always returned.
The reason I am telling you this is not because my story is special. It is because the pattern I was living is almost certainly the same pattern you are living. And the reason nothing has held for me is almost certainly the same reason nothing has held for you.
Your gut and your adrenals are part of the picture. But they are not the whole picture. And if you have been treating them without addressing what is driving them upstream, that is exactly why the gains keep fizzling out.
```

Who Built This

My Name Is Mike Ochsner. Most People Call Me Ox.

```
It wasn't until I stopped trying to force the system and actually looked at how my brain was allocating fuel that everything changed.
I finally addressed the parts of my brain that were underperforming and the parts that were wildly overactive.
The moment I went to the source instead of chasing symptoms, the fog lifted. The tension dropped. I backed ten years off the clock in a matter of months.
And Then I Saw The Pattern.
The neurological pattern I had just fixed was textbook post-concussion.
I started comparing notes with my wife, my parents, and my friends. We realized I had sustained 15 or more concussions where I lost time, starting from hard play at age four, a head-first ski accident into a rock, getting rear-ended, full contact fighting, rugby, hard falls on ice, and nighttime adventure racing.
I had been living with the effects of head trauma for two decades and I didn't even know it.
I had been blaming the symptoms on age and stress.
```

This Is Bigger Than Concussion

You Do Not Have To Have Had A Concussion For This To Be Relevant To You.

```
The same neurological pattern shows up in people who have never hit their head. Chronic stress runs the same threat signal. Emotional trauma activates the same survival system. PTSD, long COVID, chronic illness, or years of high-stakes pressure without recovery...they all produce the exact same dragging brakes.
The brain does not distinguish between a physical impact and a sustained psychological threat. It runs the same emergency protocol either way.
```

The Real Problem

Dragging Brakes.

```
The entire system we rely on was built to manage symptoms. Nobody built it to release the brakes.
It brakes your thinking to conserve resources.
You call it brain fog.
It brakes your emotional regulation, leaving your reactions raw and unfiltered.
You call it anger you can't explain.
It treats a crowded room or a grocery store like a combat environment.
Because the system that is supposed to tell the rest of your brain we are okay has gone dim.
That threat signal doesn't show up on imaging.
Scans show structural damage. They cannot show dragging brakes.
The moment you stop pushing against the symptoms, the brakes press back down. The good treatments hold for a while and then fade. The gains built on top of an active threat signal slowly get dismantled by the threat signal running underneath.
That is not a discipline problem.
That is a targeting problem.
Everything you tried was real. None of it was aimed at the right target.
And the longer the brakes stay on, the better your brain gets at compensating around them. Which makes them harder to find and harder to release.
```

People Who Had Already Tried Everything

Nobody Had Shown Them How To Release The Brakes.

```
Rick came in with an inner-ear injury that had turned going down stairs into a deliberate calculation. One hand on the railing. Slow steps. Tracking every shift in his balance.
We worked the mechanism directly. Not the symptoms. The mechanism.
Twenty minutes later, he walked down those stairs without touching the railing. Then stood on one foot and put his shoes on.
A woman came to me three and a half years after a car accident. Sleep that wouldn't come. Reading that had become painful. She had been through the complete standard medical pipeline. Nothing had moved the needle.
Ten minutes of the right drills. Her whole system settled. She was reading books again by the following week.
3.5 years post-accident
An Army infantry vet, medically retired for seven years. Every VA TBI treatment available. Hundreds of appointments. He couldn't read to his daughter at bedtime. He had memorized her favorite book so she wouldn't know.
A few minutes in a parking lot working the right inputs in the right order. And he was reading again.
Army infantry, medically retired 7 years
Someone on a recent training described what that moment feels like from the inside:
Someone finally turning down the volume on the intensity of the world.
Not sedated. Not numb. Not "maybe slightly better today."
Clear. In a way nothing else had produced. For the first time in years.
```

When The Brakes Release

What Does It Actually Look Like?

```
The range stops being exhausting. The big box store is just a store again. Reading becomes something you do for an hour without noticing the time. The crowded restaurant is just a restaurant.
You wake up and the first thought isn't a threat assessment.
You are not a different person.
You are the person you were before the system got stuck. That version of you is still in there. The wiring is still there.
It just needs the parking brake off.
The Offer
The Brain Back Protocols
2 Live Nights on Zoom · Monday June 29th & Tuesday June 30th
```

This is not a lecture. Not another round of information to implement alone three weeks from now.

Two live nights of doing the actual work together. In real time. The specific drills, worked in the specific sequence, with someone who spent a decade building this protocol on his own brain and has watched it work across 53 live trainings with people who had already tried everything available to them.

Most people feel something shift before Night 1 is over. Not as a concept. As a change they can feel and verify in the room.

Here is what I commit to:

I will show up prepared. I will give you the specific sequence, not a general overview. I will stay on the call until the work is done. And if you don't feel a real shift on Night 1, I will make it right.

Night 1 · Monday, June 29th

Calm the Storm

We start where every real recovery has to start...calming the storm.

The continuous neurological threat signal that has been running gets addressed directly. We work the jaw. The neck. The vestibular threat signal. We give your brain a real, specific signal that the emergency is over and it is safe to lower the alert level.

We also cover the fuel piece. What your brain needs that it likely isn't getting, and what you may be consuming that is actively working against you. Some of it will surprise you.

Most people feel a real shift before they log off. Not "maybe slightly better." A real shift.

Night 2 · Tuesday, June 30th

Rebuild

With the threat response quieted, we rebuild.

Vision retraining. Balance work. Proprioceptive drills. The complete nutrition and supplementation protocol...specific forms, specific timing, the sequencing that makes changes compound instead of fade.

I will also show you how to dose the drills...strong enough to create change, calibrated so you don't trigger a flare. That piece alone is worth the entire registration.

This is the night where the scattered collection of symptoms stops feeling like separate unsolvable problems and starts feeling like one coherent system moving in the right direction.

What You Walk Away With

  • +Both live sessions fully recorded and yours to keep. Miss a night, need to re-drill the sequences, want to reference something six months from now...it is all there.
  • +The moment you register, you receive concussion-specific training compiled from 53 live sessions. Start watching today. Come to Monday already ahead.
  • +Drill sheets. Exactly what to do, how to dose it, what to watch for.
  • +Tool guidance. Colored lenses, vagus nerve stimulators, specific supplements...what actually matters for this specific situation and how to use it.

Before You Tell Yourself It Won't Work

Common Questions

```
My injury was years ago.
Some of the people I have worked with were more than twenty years out. The brain doesn't have an expiration date on recovery. If you still have symptoms, there are still systems out of tune. The brakes don't expire, your brain just got very good at running life with them on. Those workarounds are habits. Habits can be rewritten. Decades out is not too late.
I can barely handle screen time. I am not sure I can sit through a Zoom call.
Night 1 specifically addresses this first. Calming the neurological and visual threat response is where we start. Most people find the first session reduces their sensitivity rather than aggravating it. I will tell you exactly how to set up your environment before we begin. And if you need to watch the recording in fifteen-minute increments afterward...it is all there and it works.
I have other things layered on top...ADHD, long COVID, chronic stress, gene mutations, nutrient deficiencies.
I had every single one of those running simultaneously. It is actually why the one-thing-at-a-time approach never worked for me. The neurological mechanisms overlap and amplify each other, and no single-variable approach stands a chance against a problem happening across the whole system at once. Going far enough upstream to address the neurology changes what is possible for everything underneath it.
I have already spent thousands. Nothing has worked. Why would this be different?
Because everything you tried was working on the symptoms while the brakes stayed on. Each treatment was a real tool working on a real piece. But you cannot sleep-hack, supplement, or push past a survival system holding the brakes down. The moment you forced one symptom to improve, the brakes generated two more.
This goes after the brakes themselves. That is not a difference in quality. It is a difference in target.
What if I do have real damage underneath all of this?
Some people do. I won't pretend otherwise. I am not a medical professional and I don't treat damage.
What I will tell you is this: the dragging brakes are almost always stacked on top of whatever genuine damage exists, and they are costing you everything they are generating, on top of the damage itself. Release the brakes and you get back everything that was theirs. And even around real damage, the brain is remarkably capable of routing around it once it finally has the resources to do the work. The mistake that costs people years is assuming it is all permanent and settling. It almost never is.
What if nothing shifts? I don't know if I can handle another failure.
That is the most honest thing anyone in your situation can say.
Which is why there is a guarantee.
```

The Guarantee

Show Up. Do The Drills. If Nothing Shifts, You Pay Nothing.

Attend Night 1. Do the drills with me on the call.

If you don't notice something genuinely different in how your nervous system feels before you log off that first night, email me before the second session. I will either figure out what is happening with you specifically, or I will refund your money.

No interrogation. No process. No hard feelings.

After fifteen concussions, three and a half years of nightly vertigo, a decade of refining this protocol, and watching it work on people who had already tried everything available to them...I am confident enough in what happens Night 1 to put every dollar of risk on my side of the table.

You've Been Carrying This Long Enough.

```
Path A
Keep cycling. The next supplement stack. The next practitioner. Keep compensating. Keep quietly paying the energy tax on everything you do while the people around you wonder when you are going to be yourself again.
Path B
Two nights. June 29th and 30th. $197.
Your brain isn't broken.
Parts of it went dim and the survival system got stuck on.
There is a specific, proven, documented sequence for starting to turn the lights back on.
You didn't stop recovering.
You just ran out of people who knew where to look.
That changes Monday night.
It is built for people signing up for their first training and for people already inside Phoenix Protocols with access to all 53 courses. Either way, there will be a significant amount of new material.
