2a. Please ensure you are receiving emails from me because a bulk of the unadvertised bonus lessons and training will come via email.
3. 99% of all issues occur when the welcome email likes to hide in your spam/junk folder (please check there if you can't find the welcome emails) You need the welcome email to retrieve your password.
4. Other issues are almost always caused by an incorrect (typo) email entered at time of order. If you can't find any emails from me then the chances are you've entered your email incorrectly when the order was placed. (don't worry, you're not the only one 🙂 )
4a. I should have added, ALL your purchases are stored inside the training portal (this includes all training courses. Once you login you'll be able to see everything.
