See If You Can Regain Smell in 30 Minutes

Since 2020, tens of millions of people have lost their sense of smell...either temporarily or semi-permanently.

Many have chased after every solution possible, sometimes flying across the country and spending hundreds or thousands trying to get it back.

This will help you record the results of your drills to figure out the best drills to improve smell FOR YOU.

Print one for each person going through the drill sequence.

Sometimes, people just stop smelling good things.

Other times, the problem is that their olfactory system randomly imagines' the smell of feces or other disguisting smells.

Since smell and taste are so interweaved, it's common for foodies to miss out on something that used to provide tremendous joy.

If that were all it was, it would be bad...but it's worse.

We can look at our sense of smell as a 'check engine light' in our brain and when it's not working, there are oftentimes other things that are negatively impacted.

The cerebellum helps with smell, but it also helps with error correction, balance, residual tension of the spine, writing cursive, and real-time correction of complex movement like we do when we do any physical activity.

The insula interprets and turns up/down the volume on sensory input.  It can make small pain feel extreme.  It can cause us to react negatively to foods that we didn't used to have a problem with.  It can cause us to feel out of breath when we shouldn't.
